Board members Peeker Heffernan and Michelle Perlee provided historical context about the town right-of-way being relinquished for construction of a private home and noted additional deed research is necessary to determine ownership along the roadway. The board concluded that completing that research before commissioning a survey was appropriate and directed staff to return with the prepared materials when ready.
