The Selectboard approved its Consent Agenda unanimously on Jan. 26, 2026. Grant Administrator Freeda Powers said the VTrans HSIP application requires board authorization to proceed; the Selectboard’s vote clears staff to submit the application and to work with DPW on the project scope.
