Board declines closed session; agrees to assist with purchase if offer fails

After remaining in open session the board approved a motion by Jim Marx, seconded by Justin Martinez, to assist in the purchase with other entities so District One may participate if the existing offer fails to be completed. The motion carried unanimously.
