Board of Review recessed after assessment roll delivered; one correction filed
Summary
At the May 12 meeting the Board of Review recessed after receiving the 2026 Assessment Roll from Associated Appraisal; the assessor reported one correction of error that will require a county Correction of Errors by Assessors form.
The Village of Mazomanie Board of Review received the 2026 Assessment Roll from Philip Rein of Associated Appraisal and recessed after confirming no Notices of Intent to File Objection were received.
Clerk/Treasurer Angie Volkman confirmed receipt of the roll and related documents, and Rein verified "the Open Book and subsequent changes have been included in the assessment roll and are true and accurate to the best of his knowledge." Rein also noted one correction of error that will require Volkman to file a Correction of Errors by Assessors form with the county. A motion to recess the Board of Review at 5:07 p.m. carried unanimously.
