At the Feb. 10 meeting Finance Officer Jennifer Paul reviewed the town's financials and told the council the audit was complete.
Councilwoman Kuleski reported that most code-enforcement cases involve high grass, debris and general maintenance; one case closed due to compliance and five cases remain pending. She reminded the council that 'all code enforcement cases must have a name and address attached' and that the town can pursue action only when a safety concern exists. Councilmembers also reported training takeaways from Rural County Days and noted Founders Day in March on the events calendar.
