Resident urges commission to enforce development limits after past approval fight

"We were hospital fund. We're residents, and we should have had to do that," S1 said of the personal and small-donor costs they shouldered to sue the planning and zoning body. She urged the commission to be more forceful in applying the commission's own studies and to favor development that fits local traffic patterns and neighborhood character rather than blanket approvals for uses that could create congestion or lower-quality commercial fronts.
