At its April 15 meeting the Selectboard approved payroll warrant 2640 for $2,320.39 and accounts-payable warrant 2641 for $21,286.31. The motions passed unanimously.
Emily Beer said she will work on FEMA contracts. Emily Beer nominated Marjorie Ray as the town’s Ethics Liaison; Bruce Mello seconded and the appointment was accepted unanimously. Highway Supervisor E. Mark Bills reported Putney Mountain Road is open and described ongoing work on Ellen Ware Road and Grants in Aid; he also raised continuing problems with people dumping trash outside the recycling bin and said the Selectboard discussed mechanisms to fine violators. Chair Mike DeSocio said a cash-flow schedule is needed to manage decisions.
