The board also designated three outdoor locations for posting official documents: in front of the Town Office, at the triangle at Grassy Brook and Hill Roads, and at the intersection of Whitney Hill and Grassy Brook Roads.
On scheduling, Mike DeSocio moved to set Selectboard meetings for the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall; the motion passed unanimously. The meeting minutes list items planned for the March 18, 2026 regular meeting, including Planning Commission town plan approval, paving bids, and a Purchase Policy among other items.
The minutes use a standard annual administrative approach to public-notice designations and meeting scheduling.
