Engineer reports Phase IV sewer nearly complete; Phase V on hold; Route 20 bids scheduled

Town engineering staff reported that Phase IV sewer line work is complete and that the contractor has approximately 45 days of concrete and sidewalk work remaining; the Sandy’s Hardware force main is being added into the contract. Phase V sewer work remains on hold.
The Route 20 Corridor prebid meeting took place on Sept. 18, 2024 and a bid opening is scheduled for Oct. 9, 2024 at 12 p.m. at the Thrasher office. AML Phase I closeout work continues with a forthcoming Change Order 3 for additional paving and screening; the Phase II AMD NEPA environmental assessment has been drafted and is in submission process.
