Planning Commission approves Sept. 11 minutes, adopts 2026 meeting dates and adjourns

At the Dec. 9 meeting the commission approved the Sept. 11 minutes (motion by Tom Wagner, seconded by Bill McMaster), adopted quarterly meeting dates for 2026 (Mar. 12; Jun. 11; Sept. 10; Dec. 10) by consensus, and adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
The Charleston Planning Commission approved the Sept. 11, 2025 meeting minutes after a motion by Tom Wagner, seconded by Bill McMaster; the motion passed unanimously with members present voting in favor.
Chair John Kellogg proposed the commission's 2026 quarterly meeting dates ' March 12, June 11, Sept. 10 and Dec. 10 ' and, seeing no objection, the schedule was adopted by consensus. Tom Wagner later moved to adjourn, again seconded by Bill McMaster; the motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on March 12, 2026 at the Town Office.
