The proper open meeting statement was read at the Sept. 29, 2015 special meeting of the Cudahy Common Council, and Mayor John Hohenfeldt called the meeting to order. The minutes list Council Members Moralez, Schissel, Hollenbeck, Litkowiec and Bartoshevich as present and record several city staff members in attendance.
A motion to adjourn was made by Ald. Bartoshevich and seconded by Ald. Litkowiec; the minutes record the adjournment time as 7:13 P.M. The minutes also state the meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M., which creates an internal timing discrepancy in the published record. The minutes were later passed and approved on Oct. 6, 2015, signed by Mayor John Hohenfeldt and attested by Clerk Treasurer Dennis Broderick.
