Audubon County approves county farm lease; ACED final agreement submitted for review

The Audubon County Board on July 14 approved the County Farm Lease after County Attorney Chris Swensen said he spoke with the renters and they "did not have any issue with the changes." Swensen presented a final lease document and the board voted unanimously to authorize signing.
Swensen said ACED had sent the final agreement and asked Auditor’s Office staff to confirm that the spreadsheet and contract language include all required items. The minutes record the motion as passed with no dissent; Swensen asked the auditor to coordinate on final paperwork.
