Board OKs non-discrimination policy and authorizes FY27 payroll deductions

The Audubon County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2026-43 reaffirming the county's intent to comply with federal equal employment opportunity laws and policies. The resolution records that Audubon County will make every effort to comply with existing and future federal employment laws.
Supervisors also approved Resolution 2026-44 to authorize payroll deductions for FY27 for state and federal taxes, IPERS, FICA, group health insurance, dental and vision coverage, AFLAC, Manhattan Life Insurance and other named vendors and plans. Both resolutions were recorded as passed on July 7, 2026 with supervisors Grabill, Mosinski and Hansen voting in favor.
