Kristen Wenger, VP/Secretary, said the events and recreation committee will meet the first week of February to flesh out plans for the community's 50th anniversary. "The annual snow sculpture contest will have a 50th Anniversary theme this year," Wenger said, and the board discussed signage, posters and the use of Instagram for promotion.
James Walker added that part three of the Thursday Blast will include a link to purchase anniversary merchandise and that a new banner is displayed in the clubhouse. The board also reviewed clubhouse guest totals and noted counts were down from last year—likely because the mountain opened later in the season—but that guest numbers rose around New Year's.
