The Select Board voted to hold regular meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the town office and to continue the current meeting format. The motion was moved by Greg Heaton and seconded by Haines and was recorded as passing at the March 6 meeting.
Board members discussed timing and format alternatives and agreed that, when someone is on the agenda, they should attend in person. The board adopted a separate motion to open meetings to public comment when issues arise in old or new business; that motion passed unanimously and was intended to allow public participation when substantive items are discussed after agenda approval.
