The Town of Danby Select Board unanimously appointed Brad Bender as chair and Greg Heaton as vice chair at its March 6, 2025 organizational meeting. The motion to appoint Bender as chair was moved by Fuller and seconded by Heaton; the subsequent motion to appoint Heaton as vice chair was moved by Fuller and seconded by Abbott, and both motions passed unanimously.
The board also set its regular meeting schedule to the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., to be held at the town office and in the current meeting format. The board’s schedule motion was moved by Heaton and seconded by Haines; no roll-call tallies were recorded in the minutes.
