Council signs one-year wastewater SCADA cybersecurity plan with InControl for $6,274; firewall replacement approved

Council approved the InControl contract by unanimous vote (5-0). Separately, staff recommended and the council approved purchasing a new hardware firewall at $1,962 to replace an incompatible unit. Councilors noted no guarantee exists that systems won't be compromised, but said both steps provide an important security improvement.
