Township Manager Eric Traub said the Township's consultant completed a review of the hydric soil question previously discussed for the property and concluded the area is suitable for development. Traub recommended granting the waiver with the condition that the Township Engineer review the site plan and the applicant secure all permits. No members of the public commented on the request.
