The Select Board voted to approve a first-class liquor license and an outside consumption permit for the New Slip Diner after a motion from the chair and a second.
Board member Speaker 5 had described a request from Moose Luck for first-class licensing and outdoor consumption and said the town portion of Moose Luck’s payment had been received, but the formal motion and vote recorded in the meeting covered the New Slip Diner. Chair (Speaker 1) moved to approve the New Slip Diner’s application, and the board responded verbally with an 'Aye.'
The board clarified that a first-class license covers beer and wine and that an exterior patio would be covered by the outside-consumption authorization. No amendment or further conditions were placed on the New Slip Diner approval at the meeting; the board handled the item by voice vote.
