Board to publicize ACC rules and fines; Thursday Blast to include updated Rules and Regulations

Vice President/Treasurer Kate Trinklein reported the Architectural Control Committee reviewed 11 requests at its prior meeting, including a new garage and siding requests, and issued three fines. Dennis Heberlein suggested the board publish an article on ACC guidelines and fining practices because many homeowners proceed with work (especially tree work) without notifying the office.
Communications lead Paul DiPietro said upcoming Thursday Blasts will include updated Rules and Regulations, a water update, and a lot update. James Walker will draft an acknowledgement form for owners to sign acknowledging receipt of association documents at closings and will consult counsel about enforcement for owners who do not return the acknowledgement.
