Board approves front-yard variance for new garage after ACC review

The Architectural Control Committee presented several routine reviews and one garage application that required a front-yard variance. Gene Clark reported the ACC had reviewed letters for tree removals, repairs and the garage application and brought the variance request to the board.
James Walker clarified that "the land in front is common land." Dennis Heberlein moved to approve the variance and Kevin Comeau seconded; the board approved the motion. The ACC scheduled its next meeting for July 19 at 8 a.m.
