James Walker suggested the office "ask for a copy of the application before it is submitted so we can be within the fifteen day appeal period," proposing that owners supply a copy of the Town short-term rental (STR) permit application to the CHOA office at the time they apply to the Town. Members approved adding a bullet requiring owners to provide the CHOA office with a copy of the Town STR permit application when submitted.
