Reserve study due; board reviews upcoming fleet purchases and plans Q&A

Executive Director James Walker told the board the reserve-study report was expected later in the week and he would send it to directors for review; the board set a separate Q&A meeting with the study company. Walker also reported that new pickup trucks have been built and are being prepared to ship; once delivered they will be upfitted with plows.
Board members discussed tying larger capital decisions (for example, Clubhouse improvements or a hot-tub replacement) to the reserve study’s findings. Paul DiPietro and others emphasized reviewing the reserve study before committing additional reserve-funded expenditures.
