Board selects Engineering Ventures for tank B work; transfer-pump permit awaits engineering review

Steve Boyce told the board that Engineering Ventures was selected from three proposals to handle engineering and project management for tank B. He said the state has administratively completed the permit for the transfer pumps at tank 3 and that the association is awaiting engineering review.
Engineering Ventures will also work on permitting for new lines and on the design for tank B. The maintenance team reported recent work on piping at tank 1 and installation of sleeves for water lines in the B section before paving; James Walker noted the crew repaired another water leak in C section during the past week.
