The Architectural Control Committee reported a higher-than-usual caseload — 23 requests or letters since last year — and presented two variance requests to the board at the May 24 meeting.
James Walker described the first variance as requiring a front setback reduction; Kristen Wenger moved to approve that variance, and Kevin Comeau seconded the motion. The board voted to approve it. The second variance was for a deck addition that the ACC said abuts a DRL and required neighbor approval; Steve Boyce moved to accept that variance, seconded by Tom Sewall, and the motion carried.
