Chimney Hill board confirms executive officers at May 24 meeting

President Paul DiPietro called the Chimney Hill Owners Association Board of Directors meeting to order at 11:10 a.m. May 24 at the Chimney Hill Clubhouse. The board recorded attendance and approved the April 19, 2025 minutes before proceeding to officer nominations.
Steve Boyce nominated Paul DiPietro to serve as president; Tom Sewall seconded the nomination. Tom Sewall nominated Kate Trinklein for vice president/treasurer (seconded by Kevin Comeau), and Laura Powers nominated Kristen Wenger for vice president/secretary (seconded by Kate Trinklein). All nominees accepted their roles and the board voted to approve the executive officers. The minutes note that the formal election was completed during the Annual Meeting held prior to the Board meeting.
