Dennis Heberlein, speaking for the long-range planning committee, reviewed an engineer’s report showing several Fox Mountain parcels with approved septic designs and proposed house locations, and he recommended moving forward with negotiations and potential easements.
Heberlein noted that road updates will be necessary to provide reliable access and preserve the lots’ potential views; board members discussed interest in proceeding and noted several parcels are in active negotiation. The board instructed committee members to continue due diligence on easements, road work requirements and the timing of any lot sales or development.
