Hidden Springs removes TDRB member, names two interim appointees

TDRB chair Cindy Barney reported that in December there was one submittal for a business sign, and over the last five years the board processed about 540 submittals (including 159 paint and 54 fence requests). Council discussed concerns that a six-member board could conflict with CC&R limits; the interim appointments were presented as a temporary step while the council solicits permanent volunteers from the community.
