The Hidden Springs Town Council elected a new slate of officers at its Jan. 14 meeting: John Ahrens was named president, Garry Stanislaw vice president, Doug Patchin secretary, Paul Powell treasurer and Pam Peters director. The motion to appoint the officers was made by Garry Stanislaw and seconded by Paul Powell and passed without objection.
Council members reviewed the association’s year-end financials. The operating account balance as of Nov. 30, 2024 was reported as $322,099.57, investment reserves $1,126,728.35 and total liabilities and equity $2,334,106.71. Paul Powell said he will work with the town office and Lisa Ahrens to get up to speed on the budget and ongoing financials, and the council flagged a continuing handoff and training process in the coming months.
