James Walker presented a revised Rules and Regulations document and led discussion on specific changes including noise restrictions, discharge-of-firearms wording, the correct phrasing for Chimney Hill property references and the potential requirement for wildlife-proof trash bins. Board members asked Walker and Paul DiPietro to finalize comments for a vote at the April meeting.
Separately, the board reaffirmed plans discussed previously to send foreclosure-notice letters to top offenders. The minutes state the plan was agreed and James Walker was directed to proceed with the notices. Legal and personnel matters were later discussed in executive session.
