Board flags rental-septic mismatches; plans owner communications

He said this mismatch raises concerns for the association's water system and prompted discussion of outreach to owners.
The board agreed to publish information in an upcoming Thursday Blast and to include a dedicated "All Things ACC" notice and future messages focused on rentals and wastewater compliance. Executive Director James Walker said the ACC-focused blast will include wastewater information and the rental subcommittee will follow up with Wendy on the rental analysis.
