Dennis Heberlein, speaking for long-range planning, reported that Fox Mountain lot mergers and boundary changes are progressing and raised concerns about rental properties: of 54 rentals with town permits, only seven were permitted in accordance with septic design and bedroom/occupancy limits. He said this mismatch raises concerns for the association's water system and prompted discussion of outreach to owners.
The board agreed to publish information in an upcoming Thursday Blast and to include a dedicated "All Things ACC" notice and future messages focused on rentals and wastewater compliance. Executive Director James Walker said the ACC-focused blast will include wastewater information and the rental subcommittee will follow up with Wendy on the rental analysis.
