Chimney Hill board approves minutes, reviews finances and committee reports

At its April 19, 2025 meeting the Chimney Hill Owners Association board approved the March minutes, accepted the April financial report, and heard committee updates on architecture, landscape, maintenance and water infrastructure.
The Chimney Hill Owners Association Board of Directors convened at 9:30 a.m. on April 19, 2025, at the Chimney Hill Clubhouse. President Paul DiPietro called the meeting to order; the board approved the minutes of March 15, 2025, with grammatical corrections.
Kate Trinklein presented the financial report as of April 18, 2025, noting early-year allocations to reserves and that several clerical budget lines required correction. Committee reports followed: Architectural Control reviewed 16 letters and issued one garage permit and five fines; the Landscape committee plans more native plantings and a Bee the Change visit; Maintenance reported tree work, road repairs and hiring for two open positions. The Water Commission said state permits for Tank 3 transfer pumps are under review and the fire department will test the new hydrant.
The board set future meeting dates and agreed to schedule further discussion of Rules and Regulations and rentals. President Paul DiPietro closed the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
