The applicant indicated no opposition to 5‑ or 10‑foot buffers and said the team would accommodate the commission's direction regarding turnarounds and setbacks.
The Planning Department will include the refined condition language in the staff report to the Board; staff also said adjacent property owners will be notified when the Board date is set.
