By motion of Katrina Codopony, seconded by Nicole Josey, the board voted to reorganize officers for the coming term. The approved slate listed James Patterson Jr. as Board President, Katrina Codopony as Board Vice President, Nicole Josey as Board Clerk, and Gregory Roberts and Barry Wetselline as board members. The motion carried with recorded votes of Wetselline-yes, Josey-yes, Codopony-yes and Patterson-yes (4-0).
The reorganization was taken early in the meeting after roll call established a quorum; Gregory Roberts was noted as absent. The oath and the reorganization were recorded in the meeting minutes and no dissenting votes were recorded.
