The Hidden Springs TDRB reported approvals for several homeowner projects since the last council meeting. Cindy Barney said the board approved one house with solar panels, one swim spa, two sheds, one tree removal, one roof, seven exterior paint jobs and completed a pre-review for a new-build on the community's last available lot.
Barney also said TDRB discovered a sealed envelope containing a vendor check related to submittals after staff changes, which she cited as an example of inconsistent office follow-through reported earlier in the meeting. The board continues to process routine exterior requests and pre-reviews under its standing guidelines.
