ICfL to revamp eBranch hosting, names new Digital Navigator and continues tech refresh

E-Services Program Supervisor William Lamb told the board the ICfL is revamping its eBranch website hosting program, which supports roughly 90 Idaho libraries, with updated website themes focused on accessibility and new guidance and tutorials for library staff.
Lamb also noted Allison Maier is the new Digital Navigator Project Coordinator and that the agency is completing a staff technology refresh so employees receive a new computer every three years. "Allison Maier is the new Digital Navigator Project Coordinator," Lamb said during his report.
