District tables 25–26 budget revision after Skyward outage and mismatched files

The board tabled the 2025–26 budget revision after business staff reported that the district's accounting system (Skyward) was down and that the budget in Skyward did not match the version the board had approved in October. Isaac (speaker 10) said system outages prevented required adjustments and that auditors and consultants (CLA and Baird) are working with the district to reconcile the differences.
"Skyward, our accounting system, was down on Thursday and down most of the day today," Isaac said, explaining the technical issues prevented completing the budget adjustments. The board moved and seconded a motion to table the budget revision until the regular August meeting, contingent on Skyward functioning and the reconciliations being completed.
