At the Feb. 2 meeting the Town of Greenfield Planning Board reviewed prior meeting minutes. Iris Waitt read the Dec. 8 minutes and proposed two wording edits; George Rainier moved to approve the Dec. 8 minutes as amended, the motion was seconded by Iris Waitt and recorded as passed 4-0-0.
Iris Waitt then read the Jan. 12 minutes and proposed three textual corrections (Line 29: change 'nay' to 'any'; Line 37: change 'careful' to 'cautious'; add a sentence that the planning board discussed sending plans to be reviewed by their professional). The minutes record that the Jan. 12 minutes were not approved at this meeting. Later in the evening board member Dave Thimmel left at 8:40 p.m.; Iris Waitt moved to adjourn at 8:56 p.m., the motion was seconded by Rob Walling and recorded as passed 4-0-0.
The public record shows the Dec. 8 minutes approved with the stated amendments and that the Jan. 12 minutes require further revision before approval.
