Greenfield Planning Board accepts subdivision plan for R9 Lot 25 subject to DPW approval

The Town of Greenfield Planning Board reviewed a subdivision application for Map R9 Lot 25 on Feb. 2. Jonathan Lafebvre of Fieldstone Land Consultants presented the plan and the board asked Fieldstone to add a statement that the proposed lots comply with the town’s subdivision requirements and to show the proposed driveway location.
Iris Waitt moved to accept the plan as complete pending the suggested edits, review by the planning board’s professional agent and a Department of Public Works approval or letter; the motion was seconded by Dave Thimmel and recorded as passed 5-0-0. The board recorded that DPW approval of the driveway location may be provided to the plans as a letter from the DPW.
The board’s acceptance is conditional: final, recorded approval will depend on the professional reviewer’s comments and receipt of the DPW approval. The minutes note the requested text and documentation to be added to the plan before final sign-off.
