At its Feb. 2 meeting the Town of Greenfield Planning Board voted to accept as complete, with conditions, a lot-line adjustment application for Map R1 Lots 2 and 9 prepared by Fieldstone Land Consultants.
Jonathan Lafebvre of Fieldstone presented the plan; the board requested that Lafebvre verify Note 1 on the drawing and add an explicit note showing the actual frontage numbers and the frontage on Sawmill Road. "Verify note 1" and adding frontage figures were the specific edits requested by the board. Dave Thimmel moved to accept the plans as complete pending review by the planning board’s professional agent and incorporation of the requested adjustments; the motion was seconded by Iris Waitt and recorded as passed 4-0-0.
The action means the board will forward the plans to its hired professional reviewer; final sign-off is contingent on that review and on Fieldstone submitting revised final plans that reflect the board's requested clarifications. The board recorded the motion and the vote in the public minutes and listed the acceptance as conditional on the professional review.
