Dave Thimmel moved to accept the plans as complete pending review by the planning board’s professional agent and incorporation of the requested adjustments; the motion was seconded by Iris Waitt and recorded as passed 4-0-0.
The action means the board will forward the plans to its hired professional reviewer; final sign-off is contingent on that review and on Fieldstone submitting revised final plans that reflect the board's requested clarifications. The board recorded the motion and the vote in the public minutes and listed the acceptance as conditional on the professional review.
