Minutes approved; planning commission forwards recommendation on Spring Road event venue

Scott Forsythe moved to approve the June 16 minutes; Rick Hoover seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The commission then continued discussion of Conditional Use application #2026-01CU for a small event venue at 1958 Spring Road and voted unanimously to recommend approval to the Board of Supervisors. Chairman Bradley Mitchell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned the meeting at 6:24 p.m.
The minutes were signed by Secretary Ronald Anderson and Recording Secretary Tasha Cressler. The commission’s recommendation and the minutes will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for next steps.
