The applicant said, "My yard is fenced, but where we have the actual party... that's where I put a snow fence." Alicia responded, "So it will be fully enclosed then." Alicia moved to approve the application; Alderperson Manion seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The applicant thanked the committee and the chair wished the applicant "good luck on your 70 party."
