Members said some approvals were conceptual only and that P&Z previously rejected certain elements tied to pedestrian access concerns.
Speakers also noted that United Delivery is awaiting final inspections on a new 30,000-square-foot warehouse and that there is ongoing uncertainty about funding or abatements for housing components of proposed projects. Commissioners requested clearer timelines and suggested the town manager be asked for updates at a future meeting.
