Hidden Springs' treasurer reported a high cash balance currently held until the AMI-to-Keystone billing merger completes.
Minutes state the association is holding about $574,000 in cash — roughly 55% of annual revenue — while the merger with Keystone is finalized. Year-to-date income is listed as $656,900. The transfer-fee budget for 2025 is $100,800, with $66,000 recorded through April; the minutes say the board is confident the transfer-fee budget will be met and that year-to-date expenses are in line with the approved budget.
The minutes note staff will seek better investment options once the merger is complete and account transitions are finished.
