The council approved an amended Preliminary Plat for Denton Acres that revises lots 70 and 71 as part of a 56-unit townhome-style development. Council members discussed a broken 8" sewer line on 4th North that serves the proposed subdivision and debated which party should pay to replace it. Council moved to table approval of the final plat, Phase I, until obligations and contractor costs can be determined and asked Attorney Lyle Fuller to incorporate dollar amounts into the Development Agreement.
