The Clerk has submitted a photo of a carriage-style, side-by-side garage door option that would fold out rather than roll up.
Council directed staff to develop a detailed Scope of Work for the interior renovation. Work in the office area is expected to move forward shortly, but the council did not select a contracting approach at the Feb. 13 meeting and will consider formal procurement documents once the scope is finalized.
