New owner of 100 E. Chandler Road says exterior work will start next week

Joel McDowell of Allegiant Property Group introduced himself to the Cloud Lake Council and said he plans to begin exterior work on the duplex at 100 E. Chandler Road the week after the Feb. 13 meeting and will begin interior renovations at the end of the month after a tenant leaves.
McDowell said he has been in contact with the town’s Code Enforcement Officer and "expects to have the recorded deed from the County within the next 2 weeks." (The deed was later noted as recorded in OR Book 35551/Page 214.) The council noted a Special Magistrate hearing for the property had been cancelled and will monitor the renovation schedule through normal code-enforcement channels.
