Bridge Creek board approves superintendent's evaluation after closed session

The board reconvened at 7:58 PM, and Mr. Kent Sugg read the executive session compliance statement naming attendees present during the closed session.
Following reconvening, the board approved placing the superintendent's evaluation in his personnel file. The motion to approve the evaluation was made by Mrs. Danielle Epps and seconded by Mrs. Robyn Esparza; the board voted 5-0 in favor. Meeting minutes state that no votes were taken while in executive session and that the subsequent approval pertained only to filing the completed evaluation.
