The resolution states the bonds would be issued in one or more series to fund construction, equipping, repair and remodeling of school buildings, acquisition of furniture and equipment, and improvement of school sites. The document caps interest at 10% per annum, sets serial maturities within 10 years, and requires an additional annual tax levy upon taxable property in the district sufficient to pay bond principal and interest.
