Superintendent Mr. Morrow told the Bridge Creek Board on Nov. 12 that a private donor paid all student child nutrition account balances and that the district's student population is 1,946.
"A private donation came in today that paid all student child nutrition balances," Mr. Morrow said during administrators' comments. He also noted that the district will run a food and toy drive with basket pick-up on Dec. 13, and that Veterans Day assemblies had been successful. The transcript records a thank-you from Mr. Morrow to Monica and Elizabeth for a teacher-of-the-year reception and that Mr. Morrow would undergo an evaluation next month.
Other administrators reported school activities: Mrs. Webb listed recent high-school events and band achievements; Mr. Spangler noted cross-country placings and a grant from SW Dairy to supply chocolate milk for teams. The transcript lists a range of student activities across schools but does not attach dollar amounts to the donation or the grant in the verbal record.
